I have some serious concerns after looking into your full proposal document (linked at the top of your referendum).
Specifically the FIRST example you provide for Penn State University (PSU): Created 200 unique digital memories, with 9 claimed so far.
The problem is, the link you provide in your document takes you to your website showing NFTs not for Penn State University as you claim, but rather Prince of Songkla University in Songkhla, Thailand.
This is a glaring mistake that anyone should be able to spot that is asking for funds, and this makes me wonder...
How does this even happen, and what other mistakes are riddled throughout this half-baked proposal?
Did you use ChatGPT to generate the proposal and didn't re-read?
...or is this a more serious case of being intentionally misleading to generate more support for a tool that is barely being used today?
Let's be real, your reply to my question is fluff.
You have not explained why you referenced Penn State University in your proposal, when it is in fact NOT Penn State University, but Prince of Songkla University in Songkhla, Thailand.
Please explain specifically HOW you make such a glaring mistake when asking for funds from our community. You said you did not use ChatGPT, but this mistake still happened? And we should trust you to connect our wallets to why?
As we govern here, new memos (POAPs) are being minted at today's GM campus tour at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. This event is educating students about Polkadot and giving them their first hands-on experience with blockchain technology. It's a perfect example of how dotmemo is being used in real-time to engage and onboard new users to the Polkadot ecosystem.

Hey! It’s great to see that a PoaP minting app has finally been developed that is simple and easy to use. Many people think PoaPs are meaningless, but they have a huge community-building potential. For example, at the Budapest Polkadot Meetups, I handed out several PoaPs during the monthly events, and people were really happy to receive them, as they found them interesting and considered them a 'gift'. It's awesome that there is now a UI specifically developed for this purpose, with its own 'Assethub' backend.
I also think the price is reasonable. Since the dotmemo UI platform runs on the Polkadot Assethub and doesn’t have its own token—using DOT instead—it makes perfect sense that the team turned to OpenGov for funding. This is a perfect example of a project created by the community, for the community, funded and approved by the community. Big Aye!
Hi, although I support the proposal about proof of attendance protocol, I think it should be made clear that this has nothing to do with Poap.xyz which is a company that has nothing to do with Dotmemo.
I think it is important to clarify this to avoid confusion and possible legal contingencies for the use of the Poap brand.
