With the passing of referendum 1166, Marketing Bounty 2.0 https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/1166 and the existence of the events bounty https://polkadot.subsquare.io/treasury/bounties/17, all marketing and outreach referenda must be proposed to the Marketing Bounty and the Events Bounty as approving additional marketing and outreach referenda will increase that 10% treasury income significantly without counting the additional expenses for the extra events (unaccounted so far).
