Hi and thx for your proposal.
We already have the on-going deal with HEROIC in e-sports.

1 deal at a time is enough for such sponsorship.
Personal NAY.

Please retry when the HEROIC deal is over.

Dear @Team Vitality,

Thank you for your proposal. Our vote on this proposal is NAY.

The Big Spender track requires 60% quorum according to our voting policy. This proposal has received one aye and eight nay votes from ten members. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

The referendum faced overwhelming opposition, with members criticising the proposal for its high cost, lack of transparency, and limited justification for sponsoring a second esports team alongside Heroic. Concerns included vague deliverables, poorly itemised expenses, and an unproven partner requesting a 2-year commitment without a smaller pilot project. Some highlighted limited on-chain engagement metrics from the V.Hive app, arguing they did not demonstrate significant adoption potential. While one member supported the proposal for its strategic concept, the majority viewed it as risky, poorly scoped, and unnecessary for Polkadot’s ecosystem.

The full discussion can be found in our internal voting.

Kind regards,
Permanence DAO

Following productive discussions with Team Vitality, we've chosen their esports sponsorship. Their Paris web café is a hidden gem in the offer. We're committed to backing a revamped proposal that enhances user funneling and smooths the technical migration.
