1. Building the future of esports thanks to Web3:

3 years ago, we pursued the dream that blockchain and Web3 could be the ultimate lever to help us reach our brand ambitions: building the leading support-to-earn mobile esports application. We wanted to take fan relationships to the next level and blockchain appears to us as the best asset to bring this project to life.

Today, we have the world leading and more sustainable fan engagement application powered by Web3 with more than 100K downloads, 75K accounts created, 35K wallets connected, 100K NFTs dropped, 8K peak monthly active users and 4,5K peak on-chain monthly users with a recent monthly peak at 10K.

It’s above all a community success and we are proud to claim we are the first successful collaboration between Web3 and esports. No backlash, crazy results, new milestones and an on-going project stronger than ever 2 years after its launch.

As per below, we also managed to build dedicated creative Web3 operations to drive users toward blockchain, generating a significant level of unique users and interactions - initiatives we could easily replicate at higher scale to ensure sustainable activity on Polkadot blockchain.

Additional examples of relevant Web3 dedicated operations :

• An exclusive giveaway where fans had to list, burn or sell a Vitality NFT on the secondary market to be eligible.
• The launch of a dedicated wheel to spin during a specific CS2 Major event - fans had to pay a gas fee in order to spin the wheel and win rewards.
• The development of a specific IA game where fans could interact with ZywOo - depending on their level of knowledge toward our player, they were winning a specific NFT. They had to mint their reward in order to enter a skin giveaway.

We followed an educational and step-by-step process, showing the value of blockchain to our fans, from building dedicated educational blockchain contents to specific Web3 dedicated master class. We leveraged the obvious cross of audiences and interest between esports and Web3 and converted our fans into sustainable blockchain users.

We are looking for a partner to write a new chapter of esports web3 journey alongside us and helping us build the future of entertainment through gamification. Not only a technical provider, we aim for an expertise - a Partner with an engaged community to co-build the future of esports. Important blockchain technical decisions regarding the future of our application will be taken alongside Polkadot stakeholders and community, among which some decisions could be decided under on-chain votes.

OBJECTIVES & KEY SUCCESS FACTORS OVER THE 1ST YEAR:

• Polkadot as the main Partner of V.Hive application:
  • A full brand & marketing takeover of the app after 2 months.
  • An average number of on-chain users up to 2K.
  • The number can be doubled/tripled during the peak period.
  • Regular on-chain governance votes to align on major blockchain developments.
  • The integration / bridge within V.Hive of at least one other Polkadot initiative (1 NFT development, Specific quests to drive attractiveness ….).
  • The development of at least 2 major features in V.Hive ensuring sustainable on-chain activity for Polkadot (in-app Marketplace, New NFT badges, on-chain game…).
• Stand alone operation to foster acquisition & retention:
  • The development of 2 dedicated Web3 operations with an objective of 8K to 10K peak unique on-chain users (IA game, Exclusive giveaway, specific tournament …).

      2. Turning Polkadot into the reference esports blockchain.

As you already entered esports a few months ago, we want to be the asset that will allow you not only to access complementary games & playgrounds yet to be explored but also the asset that will make Polkadot the ultimate and reference blockchain in esports. We are here to reveal and make you match your esports ambitions. We are about to become your esports ambassador.

We want Polkadot to be integrated at the highest level of our fan’s journey and our story to resonate across the esports ecosystem.

To foster Polkadot brand awareness in esports and among complementary new audiences, the logo will be featured on Team Vitality Valorant’s & LEC’s teams jersey. For online live viewers on Twitch/Youtube and people attending the events in the arenas, our association will be witnessed by millions of unique viewers.

Polkadot brand & projects will resonate all over Team Vitality various social media toward an engaged and educative fan base of over 11M people through:

• Numerous posts per international platform (X, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube) on yearly basis and across local initiatives in China for example (Weibo or Douyin).
• Social Networks visibility (Logo on the fixed banners of Team Vitality accounts, Logo on the fixed banners of the players).
• Live streaming visibility on Twitch (Logo on Vitality players or ambassadors accounts, Logo on players or ambassadors overlays, Banner on players or ambassadors channels).

In addition to always-on brand exposure and visibility, Polkadot community will also access complementary set of assets including :

• Access to some of the best players in the world on iconic games such as ZywOo on Counter Strike 2, Sayf on Valorant, Zen on Rocket League, Vivian on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang or Maru on Starcraft 2 to create contents, attend events and ultimately become our best Partnership ambassadors.

      3. Making Polkadot projects resonate thanks to our Partnership.

This Partnership will also be built to highlight and showcase your ecosystem, your projects, your value, with the ultimate purpose to generate new adopters and long-term users of Polkadot blockchain. We strongly believe value comes from bridges and through the sharing of expertise and projects.

Our Partnership playground will first be a Lab. A lab to test, try, share and promote initiatives from the Polkadot ecosystem. Our players can become the first beta-testers & final ambassadors of new projects and games developed on the Polkadot ecosystem (e.g. Mythic games). They can test them, during live streaming sessions or not, and share relevant feedback accordingly.

With 3 years of experience in mixing Esports & Web3, we are convinced we can help you and your partners reach your esports related ambitions. For 3 years, we allocated a high level of resources and built a strong team with internal & external stakeholders to reach our objectives - we want Polkadot to be the last piece of the puzzle.

We know Web3 has so much to offer to esports. We are ready to explore new & further opportunities still leading the way and pioneering esports. An example of a Web3 related project we want to build alongside Polkadot is the creation of Players Cards collectibles that would evolve depending on players’ results & performances - they could have their own utility and unlock crazy rewards for fans.

Our ultimate goal remains the same : making sure Polkadot is integrated as much as possible at all the steps of the esports journey of our fans and ensure a sustainable acquisition & retention of Polkadot blockchain adopters and users:

To do so, we have plenty new ideas we want to implement :

  • The trials of at least 2 Polkadot initiatives by at least 3 different players - alongside relevant feedback.
• 2 dedicated steering committees with other Polkadot initiatives (e.g. Heroic, Mythic Games, Dotplay …) to share expertise, knowledge and recommendations from our V.Hive initiative.
• Our Partnership as sounding board:
  • The promotion of at least 2 Polkadot initiatives by Vitality and/or its players (dedicated Twitch streams, Media campaigns, cross-contents …).
• Integrate Polkadot at the maximum level within Vitality ecosystem:
  • DOT to become a payment method within our e-shop after 6 months (implementation process).
  • A dedicated merchandise initiative with a specific Web3 mechanism (on-chain design vote, NFT twin …).
  • NFT Players cards development (exact development to be fine-tuned with Polkadot, launch not before end of 2025).

Web3 on-going topics: Polkadot new projects presentation to Team Vitality. New Vitality x Polkadot cross-activations reflexion. Exploring potential marketing operations / test of new projects by Vitality players and communities. Trimester Report with Polkadot management:

Each Trimester, we will run a Steering Committee with Vitality and Polkadot top management to review the past 3 months results/operations and discuss short-term future topics, setting-up next KPIs and objectives.

Semester reporting on the forum:

Each semester, we will provide a complete and 360° report of the past 6 months and the projection over the next 6 months. This document will provide detailed numbers reporting.

Stand-Alone on the forum:

Recurring surveys toward Polkadot management & the community to get feedback on the partnership, its roll-out and the potential new requests.

Always-on reporting for management:

Dedicated post-mortem report after each milestone or important operation/implementation. Dedicated set of tools and documents updated on a daily/weekly basis and available for everyone monitoring the progress and numbers (active users monitoring, transactions…).
