Dear Proposer,

Thank you for your proposal. Our first vote on this proposal is AYE.

The Medium Spender track requires 50% quorum and simple majority of all voters according to our voting policy. This proposal has received five aye and two nay votes from ten members, with one member abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

In the referendum, some voters expressed concerns about the adequacy of legal professionals among the curators, while others believed the initiative should proceed to allow the bounty to demonstrate its potential. A few participants sought more information regarding the curators' qualifications before making a decision. Despite a split in support, a majority felt optimistic about the initiative's capacity to evolve and benefit the community, whereas some remained steadfast in their opposition, doubting the effectiveness of the proposed bounty system.

The full discussion can be found in our internal voting.

Kind regards,

I consider the Legal Bounty should have lawyers as curators. For that reason I vote against the set of curators proposal.

Voting Yes.
I definitely agree that a legal bounty is needed and i think that the current set of curators is able to bootstrap the bounty. Anyway, for a follow up ref i would love to see what others have stated as well in the comments, mainly:

  • legal experts / lawyers being part of the curators
  • a more secure multisig setup
