Polkadot Decoded 2024 in Brussels was one of the big FLOP events in 2024.
The only parts that are saved are the CD Bar and Vibe.
Completly wrong:
- Location. Literally outside of all main events in the city which prevents people from arriving there
- Size of the premises. It's too big for the number of people who joined Decoded.
- Paid tickets. The location was a big issue to arrive at this event, but paid tickets just added a cherry on top with the result: EMPTY event.
- No institutional interaction.
- No swags for Ethcc visitors.

The **Medium Spender** track requires **50% quorum and simple majority of all voters** according to our voting policy. This proposal has received **one aye and eight nay** votes from **ten members**, with **one member abstaining**. Below is a summary of our members' comments:
