🕹️ What is N3MUS?

N3MUS is a Web3-native tournament platform built to supercharge gamer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Designed for both Web2 and Web3 games, it offers a plug-and-play infrastructure that enables studios to run competitive on-chain tournaments with real rewards, transparent score verification, and community-driven missions.

🎯 What Does N3MUS Do?

N3MUS allows game studios to launch interactive tournaments where players earn points by completing in-game, on-chain, and social quests. These points power dynamic leaderboards that are fully verified on-chain.
Games can integrate in under 4 hours using our SDKs, APIs, or open-source Docker setup. Studios also gain access to dashboards for managing tournaments, tracking engagement, and distributing rewards—all without needing to understand smart contracts.

🚀 Current Traction (Live on Moonbeam)

N3MUS is already live on Moonbeam and currently drives 15-20% of the montly network traffic. The platform has seen explosive growth:

Looking at the partnership Polkadot has with Heroic, we can leverage that partnership into something really valuable for Polkadot, not only as a marketing/entertainment vehicle.

🎓 How We Will Use the Grant

We are applying for a 25.000 DOT grant, which will be used to:

• Fund Community Incentives: 75% of the grant will be allocated directly to tournament prize pools, fueling real user participation and ecosystem growth. This approach supports both the community and game studios, resulting in increased on-chain transactions, more active wallets, and serving as a powerful marketing engine, because in gaming, entertainment is the best marketing.
• Integrate with Polkadot: We will deploy smart contracts on Polkadot AssetHub (once live), making all gameplay and leaderboard results verifiable on-chain. Next to that, we are a chain agnostic platform, therefore we will also expand to other parachains within the ecosystem.
• Onboard Games: Our goal is to onboard at LEAST 15+ games from across the Polkadot ecosystem, including native and external Web2 titles.
• Host 150+ tournaments over the grant period (with prize pools ranging from 60 DOT to 300 DOT) over a period of 6-12 months.
• Launch flagship tournaments with professional esports orgs to drive visibility
• Fully open-source our smart contracts, Docker setup, and SDKs under the Apache2 license

N3MUS will bring thousands of new users to the Polkadot ecosystem while offering real utility and measurable value to games. We’re building the competitive layer that turns Polkadot into the home for Web3 gaming.

N3MUS will actively collaborate with the DotPlay team, the Mythos/Mythical Games team, and several business development teams, including Distractive, to maximize reach and visibility within the Polkadot ecosystem (and beyond).

3. Ensuring Long-Term Sustainability
**** Question: How will N3MUS ensure long-term sustainability beyond the grant period?

Beyond the 6–12 month grant period, N3MUS will layer diversified, repeatable revenue streams and B2B partnerships to fund ongoing development and growth:

• Studio Partnerships & B2B Funnel
  We’ll build a sustainable marketing funnel targeting game studios, offering turnkey integration, co-marketing campaigns, and performance-based incentives. By “selling” integration packages and marketing support directly to studios, we create a recurring B2B revenue line.
• Value for Blockchain

To help blockchains drive more transactions, active wallets, and game deployments, we’ll offer short-term on-chain campaigns and “network-boost” events. While these engagements spike activity, they’re not core revenue drivers, they’re complementary to our B2B and gamer-facing offerings.

1. N3MUS+ Pass

• A subscription or season-pass granting access to exclusive tournaments, boosted rewards, and premium leaderboards.

• Default prize pools (e.g. $100) topped up by player buy-ins at $5 each, with our platform taking a small facilitation fee.

Peer-toPeer Wagering & Leaderboard Battles

N3MUS lets guilds, eSports teams or even individual players spin up 1v1 or team tournaments with built-in, on-chain wagering. Entry fees and spectator bets flow into a transparent prize pool, results are auto-verified by smart contracts, and payouts (minus N3MUS’s small fee) settle instantly to winners’ wallets, turning every match into a fair, high-stakes competition.
