(Early PolkadotAvatars.com) is building a cross-game, cross-engine, chain-agnostic digital identity layer that allows players to use a single customizable avatar across multiple supported games (Roblox, Unity, Unreal Engine, UEFN).
OmniAvatar™ becomes:
Relation to Polkadot:
Players lose identity every time they switch games. This fragmentation kills retention, creativity, and network value. We've fixed this.
Companion Web-App:
Web3 login
NFT indexing (chain-agnostic)
Modular avatar customization UI interface
JSON-based avatar config storage
External account linking (Roblox → PA app)
Reward/Achievement system POC
Roblox SDK POC:
Load a user’s avatar config
Build a modular character in-engine
Apply unified avatar movement/animation system
Trigger achievement events to external reward assignment
Modular Avatar Multi-Game/Engine Architecture:
Game-ready production pipeline for multi-platform integration
Interchangeable modules: head, torso, left arm, right arm, legs, back accessories
Costume system replacing the full body
Millions of combinations
Reward Pipeline POC:
Game to OA App to User Reward
Compliant with Roblox/UEFN rules - no wallet actions inside the engine.
Functional Roblox mini-games prototypes POC:
Steal-type game with the super popular Roblox genre and concept of a third-person multiplayer shooter.
Communities IPs character modular sets integrations: TheDots, Mythical, Kusamarian, Kevin.
OmniAvatar™ Marketplace POC: When the integration loop opens, players will buy functional assets and use them in games immediately. No waiting. No conditions. Day one utility.
We aim to address the long-standing fragmentation of digital identity across games by creating a neutral, portable, and chain-agnostic identity format with real utility across mainstream gaming engines.

Revenue is generated from live gameplay, asset usage, and IP integrations.
Players earn and mint items through gameplay and achievements, with a minting fee applied.
Assets can be combined, upgraded, and customized, generating repeat transaction fees.
Players trade items inside the platform marketplace, with a fee on each sale.
IP holders and partner studios integrate their brands and asset collections into the platform. These integrations drive additional asset creation, distribution, and transaction volume across connected games.
Revenue streams:
All revenue is tied to active use inside games and platform systems, not speculative asset holding or deferred utility.
This proposal seeks support to complete the next one milestone 6-month development phase:
Hello, my people. My name is Ilya (Undergraphics).
I’ve spoken with nearly every active member of the Polkadot ecosystem, gathered direct feedback from all available DAOs, Parity employees, Web3 Foundation, and rebuilt the project based on those conversations. Not cosmetically, but structurally.
This new proposal is the result of dialogue and we need your support to launch the product. The main goal is to achieve self-sufficiency. I will try very hard to achieve this goal in terms of the semi-annual treasury financing.
All current and future development updates, streams, videos, integrations, and the entire working process will be shared publicly on social media.
