Short Description: Create a bounty to attract potential partners and businesses in Brazil to the Polkadot ecosystem, aiming to position Polkadot as the leading blockchain platform in the country.
Context: This bounty aims to tap into the growing interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in Brazil. The country's market is booming, and if Polkadot wants to seize this opportunity to expand its presence the time is now. Large entities like NuBank and the Government of Rio de Janeiro are exploring blockchain solutions in Brazil with Polygon and Solana.
Objective: Convert interested individuals and businesses in Brazil into active Polkadot builders or partners to establish Polkadot as the top blockchain ecosystem in the country.
Why This Matters: Brazil's cryptocurrency market is rapidly growing, with millions of investors and businesses entering the space. Brazil's digital landscape, with high mobile and internet usage, makes it an ideal market for blockchain adoption.
The Team: The team leading this effort includes Luis Fernando Dal Porto, John Rhodel Bartolomé, Gabriel Bonugli, and Carlos Sawaki, all with relevant backgrounds and experience in the blockchain industry in areas such as Development, Marketing and Project Management.
Our legal entity:
Name: Benshigeru DAO LTDA
CNPJ: 42.801.937/0001-06
Problem Statement: Polkadot is a powerful blockchain platform, but awareness of its potential is still limited. Other projects are making inroads in Brazil, and we want to secure our position in this growing market. We propose a bounty to foster business development and attract new partners to Polkadot.
Proposal Objectives: Our primary goal is to convert interested parties into active Polkadot builders or partners. We have identified a substantial pipeline of businesses looking to integrate blockchain technology and plan to provide them with the necessary resources and support.
Milestones and Actions: Over six months, we will initiate contact, hold meetings, qualify leads, and provide support to help at least three businesses start their projects on Polkadot.
Parachains supporting our cause:
Compensation: Rewards are based on goals achieved, with multipliers for successful leads and partnerships.
Bounty Curators: We propose Ivy Network, Nick Dunford, Saxemberg, and Zoe Meckbach as curators.
Quick Q&A: We are not considering the upcoming Incentive Pools Proposal due to time sensitivity. Three businesses may seem low, but they are of high quality and often lead to more projects. We believe a bounty is the best approach, as it rewards success and aligns with Polkadot's decentralized nature. We have the experience and local connections to make this initiative successful. While a global initiative was considered, regional focus allows for quicker action. Blockchain adoption in Brazil is on the rise And we are considering the recently announced resources from the Web3 Foundation.

Hi!, Tadeus (ambassador) here!
The proposal is relevant for a few reasons:
Brazil is a potential that has so far been little explored by the ecosystem. Much in view of what has happened in the past, with isolated and ill-founded initiatives. This has led to the emergence of illegitimate representatives of the ecosystem, and the unseemly use of the treasury for events with very low returns and gains in political influence for actors that we have managed to keep out at great cost due to bad and unethical practices.
This proposal is now part of an internal policy of the ambassadors program, and organized based on the objective, now authorized for business development incursions, which was not the case before.
This is much better structurally, ethically and cohesively.
As far as I can tell, the team proposes tangible goals.
I myself am involved in Central Bank working groups and DREX test networks with various sectors and companies, and there is a significant absence of polkadot's potential with these players.
The Brazilian scenario is projected for the next three to five years by public and private initiatives. What is built now can generate good foundations for the ecosystem in the future.
I wish the community success and support for the project.
