1. Context of the bounty:
This Bounty aims to bring potential partners in Brazil to be part of the Polkadot ecosystem, whether in the form of a new Parachain, a Dapp, a complement to a Parachain or just one more player building using the Polkadot SDK.
2. Candidates
Curators are responsible for evaluating the implementation of the requested service and providing feedback to the implementer. To ensure the successful implementation of this bounty, we suggest forming a curator committee consisting of four curators who represent different members of the Polkadot ecosystem and bring diverse forms of expertise to the table.
Selection structure for Curators:
— Two Polkadot validators/ highly active actors in governance: We suggest two validators/active actors that are aligned with the success of Polkadot representing the community.¨C17C¨C18C
— Two Bussiness Developers from within the Polkadot ecosystem: We suggest two professionals in the field experience in Polkadot to keep the standard high and will be able to evaluate our progress.

3. Responsibilities
Curators have three key responsibilities:
Evaluating Monthly Reports:
Analyze our working hours, meetings, leads analize deals accomplished and provide insights to the Biz Dev. team.
Provide Monthly Payouts:
Manage finances and ensure timely payouts to the Biz Dev. team.
Provide Resources and Network When Possible:
Facilitate access to resources and connections that benefit the team or contributors, fostering growth and collaboration.
4. Rewards
Curator Reward: 10% of total bounty payout
Alongside ecosystem teams, our curators will also provide us with additional resources and insights, whether it's a recommendation of a pool of capable developers to assist or insights for solutions.
5. Reporting
The reporting requirements are an essential part of the bounty program to keep the community informed and verify the progress of the initiative. There will be private reports to the curators and public reports to the community.
