The 5 curators are part of a 3/5 multisig which is set as an Any Proxy for the Pure Proxy account which is being proposed as the curator account.

This referendum is about choosing curators for Bounty #31, which is about Public RPCs for Relay and Systems Chains. The curators are people who will help manage the project. Here are the five curators:

1. Alex Dimitrijevic - Works on tools and technology at Parity Technologies.
