I am not sure if this is for purpose, or if you did a poor competition analysis. Here are statements from your proposal: "Currently Polkadot & Kusama have no native desktop wallet & web3 browser. As of today, the Polkadot & Kusama ecosystem has very basic mobile wallets and browser extensions, which provide limited features/services, lack a focus on providing a premium user experience, deliver basic user interfaces, and overall do not meet general user demands. They are not one-stop wallet solutions built for the masses, but rather app interfaces to interact with the chain built more for tech-savvy users and developers." You probably pointing out the Polkadot JS wallet, but there are already a bunch of very good wallets in the space. Nova Wallet - mobile wallet with dapp browser included, easy staking+governance access, HW support, NFTs... Talisman - browser extension, which serves for Polkadot and also for Ethereum, having its own dashboard "portal", crowdloan support SubWallet - dashboard + extension + mobile wallet all in one, dapps integration, staking, governance, crowdloan support And some more wallets, which you can see in the comparison (from December 2023, so it might improved a bit)
While you don't focus on browser extensions, those are in our opinion the most preferable ones and those which fit the most to the Web3 space. For some other usecases, mobile wallets are the best solutions. Funding development of a stand-alone desktop hot wallet seems not to be reasonable in our eyes, considering the competition in the space with wallets above. And concerning what you have achieved till now, we are not sure if it will benefit the Polkadot ecosystem in some way or not. But if you implement Polkadot with your funding, you might have to measure the impact and then ask for funding retroactively. But for now, we vote NAY on this proposal.
