THE PROPOSAL
London, United Kingdom - A Globally renowned financial hub and home to some of the largest international banks, securities brokerages, fintech companies and media organizations in the world.
As an example: Canary Wharf alone employs over 105,000+ staff working at big name firms such as JP Morgan, HSBC, Citbank, Barclays, KPMG, Reuters etc...
For this campaign we are narrowing down the target audience, advertising directly to relevant professionals via a network of in-building digital placements. We will target 91 digital screens across 41 buildings in the following locations - Canary Wharf, Bank Financial District, Liverpool St, Monument and relevant areas in / around Central London.

Using an average number of employees by Building Size, we can assume a number of 47.9K employees (conservative figure) will be exposed to recurring Polkadot advertisements over the span of 5.5 months.
These calculations do not include part-time / remote employees or visitors.

The City & Canary Wharf Buildings List
Design work will be completed by Algo SRL - the same agency used for Airport Zurich & Singapore as well as Lyft NYC.
We will be repurposing our completed animations to fit a myriad of office lobbies, hallways, elevator waiting areas and workspaces to match as best we can a corporate yet relevant Polkadot color scheme and copy with a refresh after 3 months.
All animations will have a trackable QR code to measure scans and we will share this information on a bi-monthly basis until the campaign is completed.

Allocation is based on tenants of interest even though multiple tenants occupy space and will be exposed to the same campaign.
Notable Names & Companies within this scope include, but are not limited to: Vanguard, Fitch Ratings, Citadel, KPMG, Deutsche Boerse, Stripe, Twitch, Pay UK & Ripple (XRP).
THE ASK
We are requesting a total of 39,713 DOT ($246,220 USD) at a price of $6.20 (MA 200) to cover the following:
AD Campaign - 32,300 DOT
Graphic Design - 695 DOT
Agency Fee - 4950 DOT
Maintenance Fee - 990 DOT
Incidentals / Misc - 778 DOT
Any DOT sold above the price of $6.20 at the time of clam will be returned.
Any price deviation below the price of $6.20 at the time of claim, the locations will be reduced to fit within our received spend.
CONCLUSION & NEXT STEPS
Upon approval of this proposal, funds will be immediately converted to USD / EUR in order to pay vendors for their services.
For any reason the project does not move forward, distributed funds will be returned to the treasury where applicable.
