Context of the proposal:
Polkadot Decoded is the most important event in the Polkadot ecosystem and it will be the first year of the event with conferences in New York, Buenos Aires, Berlin and Hangzhou.
The motivation for this proposal:
We are a group of people that are involved in the blockchain and event industry in Balearics island (Mallorca and Ibiza) and Malaga.
The main focus in this event is to celebrate the most important year for the Polkadot ecosystem and to grow the community in the Balearics.
Balearics Island receives a lot of people from many countries and we think that it is really important to show all about the ecosystem in one event this season.
How we will do this:
Purpose of the event: We propose to make this event in Casa Kica a beautiful place with a very good access and able to make events (pics bellow)
Targeted audience: the Balearics community, end-users, Web3 enthusiasts, crypto enthusiasts, Web3 developers.
Expected number of attendees: 100 attendees
