Quick summary

For those that use multisig, and are asking for more flexibility and usability, we have just completed the first version of supersig (pallet and ui) which takes the features from multisig and make them better and flexible. Such as multi user signing and fixed threshold, and makes them more flexible, by allowing the ability to add and remove members, with a threshold that enumerates as a 51% simpleMajority.

Supersig is also similar to

• pallet_collective but instead anyone can create a collective in a permissionless way without having to make a runtime uprgade.
• Pure Proxy with a non-deterministic address, but much easier to use with added features, and a user interface to manage your supersig organisation.

Can a multisig be a member of a supersig? Yes

Can a Supersig be a member of another Supersig? Yes

Can a Supersig be a signer of a multisig? Not currently
