Partners

Hello I have no programming experience and wondering if partnering up with someone or people to help me build a meteaverse for my clothing brand. I have a great start with a couple nft that customers can buy and receive to wear. Im just overwhelmed with all the smart contracts ect. How does someone get partners to build all this and is that somthing that is possible?
