Polkadot Asset Hub Frozen Assets

Hey everyone,

I’ve been stuck in a situation for a month now.

I was trying to send $DED tokens from Hydration chain to Asset Hub chain through Subwallet. At first Hydra wasn’t letting me send the tokens because I didn't really understand why and how, but eventually TX was signed when HydraDX(Hydration today) at the time was having updates as well as Asset Hub Chain UX accepted the transaction, and the DED tokens were sent to my Asset Hub address which I never had, but due to insufficient balance of DOT tokens on my Asset Hub, these funds became frozen.
What are the next steps to unlock these funds?
