We currently have a proposal up for the Polkadot Developer Conference // sub0 Europe 2024 in Barcelona (ref#927) and we see several requests to have such an event for Latam as well. With this discussion we would like to pitch an early idea for 2025 as the WebSummit Rio will take place in Brazil in late April 2025 and our community seem to like attaching our events to larger festival or major tech conference.
Again, the original idea for sub0 is to have 2 or 3 regional editions, we have sub0 Europe as proposal up (#927), we had sub0 Asia in March 2024 in Bangkok, and this would introduce a Latam edition.
