Immediate Stolen DOT lock-up request

My name is Tommy and the 18th Aug 2020 DOT claim made my realize my ETH private key is stolen. Someone (NOT ME) has claimed my DOTs! After getting all the evidences, now I am writing to the community to urge for the lock-up my stolen DOT from 1BgCAqkZwppEStoSyE9C5MWxsX5B6VASUWZiuqBKpGEbLoY

Please kindly find the evidence and timeline below. Thank you all for your time, this is really important for me and my family after years of waiting.

On 15th Oct 2017, I participated in the 2017 DOT Dutch Auction with 459.7 ETH for 5206.957 DOT. My ETH address is: 0xed089a796D2a81919E46643e7C2351aEad6f1437（https://etherscan.io/tx/0xd12f771d572997a68c7a70545e990e14d496a7ce207afa50d3e4db815fd0da2d ）

ETH address ownership can by proved by:
On 22th Aug 2020, I sent through 0.823eth (date indication) to this address to prove my control.

On 20th July 2019 , I’ve successfully claimed 5206.957 KSM to my KSM address: Cuh2UT1jwJKmjgfDb7TweBSQjDK1jVzTSSnG8XZMasAw9Ni whose corresponding DOT address is 1LNWVNCyMYsTcsjQXMRBqeb7kviuNEx5ZLX2mExRsgCNSfR

By then the claim was successful and everything is okay.

On Feb. 11th 2020 It’s unfortunate that someone claimed my all the 5206.957 DOTs to an unknown DOT address 1BgCAqkZwppEStoSyE9C5MWxsX5B6VASUWZiuqBKpGEbLoY (https://etherscan.io/tx/0x465e96a09523dcdc90a2418e1a64f96caa2d19b611b9ae6ddc784a22973e4ac5)

From the public record, there are many strange evidences you can find in this claim, which is usual

The DOT is still not transfer of this calm

On 18th Aug 2020, before transfer I just found it was stolen (being claimed by someone)

I request for a public vote for lock up 5206.957 DOTs of 1BgCAqkZwppEStoSyE9C5MWxsX5B6VASUWZiuqBKpGEbLoY immediately

If no other people have the evidence to argue about the claim after 1 months of lock-up.
Then I urge the return of the 5206.957 dots from ETH address: 0xed089a796D2a81919E46643e7C2351aEad6f1437 to my DOT address 1LNWVNCyMYsTcsjQXMRBqeb7kviuNEx5ZLX2mExRsgCNSfR (the corresponding KSM address that I’ve claimed before)
