Hello Polkadot Community,

OpenGuild was founded with a clear goal: to support Web3 builders, connect the community, and grow the Polkadot ecosystem in Southeast Asia (SEA). Over the past year, we’ve organized events, hackathons, builders incubation, fostered collaborations, and built meaningful relationships in the space.

This report covers our key activities, achievements, and lessons learned, along with a look at what’s next. (this is the first version, there are 2 more initiatives which are Indonesian bootcamp in collaboration with Mandala Chain and Philippine Hackathon coming to the end of March, 2025 then we will update soon.

Our deliverables has being late and having some changes due to we have many collaborative efforts need to involve out of our expectation like TOKEN20249, Hongkong Fintech Week, Sub0 Asia & DevCon, due to we are the some of the few key representatives of Polkadot ecosystem in SEA & broader Asia market.
