Consumer App Development Kit for Polkadot RFC

Good morning!

I'm looking into potentially applying for funding through OpenGov and wanted to see if there's interest in a Web2 facing Polkadot boilerplate. My potential proposal is for an application scaffolding repository that enables developers to quickly build consumer-facing applications on Polkadot, complete with seamless fiat-to-DOT payment integration.

The core proof of concept I want to build includes:

- Developer Scaffolding: A clonable, easily modifiable code stack with prebuilt light clients for rapid application development

- Fiat Payment Bridge: Integration with compliant payment processors (like MoonPay or Ramp) that automatically converts fiat payments to $DOT and deposits them into the application. This creates a smooth user experience while driving DOT utility

- Smart Contract Toolkit: Simplified !ink smart contract deployment with sample contracts and documentation

My goal with this is to remove the two biggest barriers for Web2 consumer adoption: developer complexity and user payment friction. It would progressively become a complete starter kit, while end users can pay with traditional methods without needing to knowing they're interacting with blockchain infrastructure.

I'm just checking to see if there's genuine interest in this type of infrastructure tooling within the Polkadot ecosystem before proceeding with a formal proposal.
