can not login or link address using Polkadot vault

Hi,

I’ve just created this account, but I’m unable to log in using Polkadot Vault, and the link address also doesn’t work.

When I try to log in with Polkadot Vault, it says that the network is not added. However, I have already added the Polkadot network and was even able to sign a transaction successfully.

Additionally, the link https://polkassembly.featureos.app/ is not accessible (“not found”), so I couldn’t report this issue there and had to write here instead. I realize this may not be the correct place to post this, but I didn’t see another option.
