Privacy Focussed Event for Polkadot

This proposal is being submitted by ZKValidator. We are a mission driven validator with the goal to promote privacy and ZKP adoption on networks we validate on. Our proposal is to spend 6000€ in DOT from the Polkadot Treasury on a privacy focused event for the Polkadot community.
