RadiumBlock is an aspiring Web3 infrastructure service provider focused on the Dotsama ecosystem. We would like to submit a treasury proposal for the maintenance of radiumblock.com's validator snapshot service for Q1 2022. The snapshot service provides both polkadot and kusama snapshots. Although this service benefits both Polkadot and Kusama communities, we believe that the amount is reasonable enough to request it from the Polkadot Treasury. We plan to alternate between Kusama and Polkadot treasury per quarter.
