The aim of this proposal is to open a bi-directional HRMP channel between Statemint and HydraDX. HydraDX parachain ID is 2034 which is used in HRMP calls for channel opening.

This channel will be used to obtain native stablecoins in the ecosystem.

The batch_all contains:

• A force_transfer of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from HydraDX to Statemint.
• A force_open_hrmp_channel from Statemint to HydraDX.
