This proposal aims to open a bi-directional HRMP channel between Statemint and Ajuna Network. Ajuna Network Parachain ID is 2051, used in HRMP calls for channel opening.

This channel will be used to access the Statemint DEX and to make native stablecoins usable in Ajuna Network for game-related utility.

The batch_all contains:

A force_transfer of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
A force_open_hrmp_channel from Ajuna Network to Statemint.
A force_open_hrmp_channel from Statemint to Ajuna Network.
