The aim of this proposal is to open a bi-directional HRMP channel between Statemint and Kapex. Kapex parachain ID is 2007 which is used in HRMP calls for channel opening.

This channel will be used to obtain native stablecoins on the Kapex Parachain Network.

The batch_all contains:

A force_transfer() of 20 DOT from the Treasury to Statemint sovereign account.
A force_open_hrmp_channel() from Statemint to Kapex.
A force_open_hrmp_channel() from Kapex to Statemint.
