Polkadot Community Foundation - Director Transitions
This post is to inform the Polkadot community of a change to the board of directors of the Polkadot Community Foundation (PCF).
The three current Non-DOT Directors of the Foundation have stepped down from their positions. The remaining Foundation Director(s) have exercised their power to appoint replacement directors in accordance with the PCF Bylaws and current Memorandum and Articles of Association. We are pleased to introduce the incoming board:

Originally from South Africa, Craig has called the Cayman Islands home for the past decade, building a career that spans both traditional finance and the Web3 space.

The Foundation's objectives remain unchanged, as set out in Clause 5 of the Memorandum of Association: to develop and incentivise growth of the Polkadot protocol, manage ecosystem initiatives, oversee promotional activities, and hold relevant intellectual property, all in service of the Polkadot community.
