13-January: Salchipapa Bitcoin Day
Polkadot Peru was invitated to participate by Blockchain Peru Association to participate in a conmemorative full day activity open to general public where Polkadot Peru was present with a stand and share a talk in the official timeline.

19- February: Workshop Lima (Peru)
Description: In this activity I participated as a technical speaker giving a workshop on Blockchain code. In this activity, participants were able to learn the fundamentals of Polkadot and were also able to deploy smart contracts using Moonbeam.

24&25-February: Workshop at Arequipa (Peru)
Description: This two days in-person workshop was made for the members of the student chapter of computer science at San Pablo University at Arequipa city.
Day 1
The workshop started with a basic introduction to cryptography. This covered:
Workshop: Participants created logic applications using Rust.
Day 2
On the second day, we focused on the Polkadot ecosystem and built fully functional blockchains using the Polkadot SDK:
Workshop: We learned about Substrate, the blockchain development framework provided by the Polkadot SDK.

08-March: Archisinal Latam Tour:
This activity was part of the launch tour executed by Archicinal team that got the support of Polkadot Peru in the event at Lima. Additonal Archisinal merchandise Polkadot Peru collaborate with sticker, talks and custom snacks.

12-March: Meetup San Andres (Colombia)
Description: This activity was held for members of the San Andrés Island Chamber of Commerce. It was the first time that a talk explaining details of Polkadot was held on the island. This activity focused on explaining the technology, products, and resources available in the Polkadot ecosystem. Resources were shown for developers and also for entrepreneurs.

16-March: Meetup Medellin (Colombia)

28-March: Polkadot Peru & Archisinnal X Space
This X space was made to share polkadot and archisinal features to general public, it was a point to talk about how people can get involved in this technology.

This X space was made to invite the community to participate at hackathon and to share the initiative with other communities.

25-June: La Causathon-Hackathon Lima (Peru)
Description: This activity was carried out in collaboration with several local and international communities. The Causathon was a 4-day in-preson activity where participants were mentored so they could tackle challenges implementing smart contracts based on Rust. 5 teams were awarded prizes, 3 with prizes paid in Dots and 2 with non-monetary prizes courtesy of sponsoring companies. One element worth highlighting is that for this activity, 2 teams made up of 6 people who participated in the workshop held in Arequipa in February were awarded scholarships with production staff funds. These teams obtained the first and third prize of the challenge: implementation of smart contracts with Rust.

This proposal also includes compensation for Angi (https://x.com/angeinweb3) (10%), Audi (https://x.com/casi_audi) (5%) and Juana (https://x.com/soyjuanarusso) (5%) for their extraordinary collaboration in various tasks for the execution of all these activities, which include assistance in answering queries from participants, logistical coordination, management of social networks, generation of digital content, communications and dissemination of accurate information about the Polkadot ecosystem.
