For transparency i share the Comment in Permanence DAO blog after their evaluation:
"And for those who are in the middle or feel the map isn't sufficiently understandable, I'll share two things:
1.The structure was personally reviewed by renowned ecosystem engineers (Shawn, Kian, Rad, and others). If that's still not enough for you, I invite you to open all the links to the elements, read their content, and count how long it takes you to do that task.
2.Then put yourself in the position of a developer who wants to start their journey with Polkadot (for example, at a hackathon) and you'll see how the map helps you understand all the elements more clearly and in less time. Including the programming languages used (in the repositories where they are available). All of this is translated into eight languages.
I hope this clarification allows you to reconsider your vote. Best regards."
@SIM-DOT thanks for the effort. I cloned the repo and ran it locally, and this is what is looks like on a smaller Chrome window:
And this is on mobile:
I also see lots of links with wrong titles (substrate.dev, polkadot.network, etc.), and the positioning of the pop-up is not well thought-out and gets cut for the links closer to the bottom of the page.
In summary, the page doesn't have responsive design, and there are a number of issues with both the content itself and its representation, and these are basically the things you should have gotten right before this presentation to the community expecting a payout.
This is potentially a good resource, but just a friendly reminder, try to give more thought to comments before resorting to a defensive stance. In general, the community is interested in seeing you produce great work and win, not in seeing you fail.

PolkaWorld votes NAY
We believe the product concept is promising, but its practical usefulness is not yet clear. We’re uncertain whether this tool will truly benefit developers. It might be better to validate its value over time and return later with a retrospective funding request.

On behalf of the 🌶️ Hungarian Polkadot DAO 🌶️:
While we appreciate and value the concept, the execution still requires refinement. Once the previously mentioned issues have been resolved, we will be in a position to consider an AYE vote.
