CodeanDOT was an educational bootcamp held over four consecutive Saturdays beggining on july and ending on august, designed to bring more women into the Polkadot ecosystem by strengthening their technical skills and encouraging female participation in technology.\

This initiative was led by Space4Build and invited communities of women and the H.E.R DAO subDAOs, focusing on creating an inclusive, educational, and collaborative space for women taking their first steps in blockchain.
Each session combined theory, practice, and real-world experiences, showing that every woman can find her place in Polkadot — whether through programming, project management, communications, or digital art.

A special thanks to Simón León (@simonxpe), who guided all four sessions, providing technical mentorship, introducing participants to the fundamentals of Polkadot, and helping them take their first steps in coding.
We also thank the incredible guest speakers who inspired us with their knowledge and leadership:
Thank you for showing that in Web3 and Polkadot, every woman can shine and contribute from her own path.
I also want to express my gratitude to the communities that were part of this initiative — their support, enthusiasm, and collaboration were essential to make CodeanDOT possible.

For the educational impact, organizational effort, mentorship, and representation of Polkadot within this initiative, I would like to request a tip of 140 DOTs as symbolic recognition for the coordination, logistics, mentorship, and communication efforts involved in this first edition of #CodeanDOT.
This contribution will help continue supporting future editions of the bootcamp and strengthen our shared commitment to education, inclusion, and the participation of more women in the Polkadot ecosystem.
Edition #2 coming soon, stay tuned.
