Tip Proposal: CodeanDOT x Space4Build

CodeanDOT was an educational bootcamp held over four consecutive Saturdays beggining on july and ending on august, designed to bring more women into the Polkadot ecosystem by strengthening their technical skills and encouraging female participation in technology.\

This initiative was led by Space4Build and invited communities of women and the H.E.R DAO subDAOs, focusing on creating an inclusive, educational, and collaborative space for women taking their first steps in blockchain.

Each session combined theory, practice, and real-world experiences, showing that every woman can find her place in Polkadot — whether through programming, project management, communications, or digital art.

Participation and Impact

25 participants successfully completed the bootcamp.
Many explored coding and Polkadot tools for the first time.
Many began their preparation for future Polkadot hackathons at codeanDOT.
Organic content was generated on social media (X and LinkedIn) through participant testimonials, sharing their experiences and reinforcing Polkadot’s visibility across the region.

CodeanDOT Bootcamp

CodeanDOT was a special bootcamp for women to learn about Polkadot.
It happened over four Saturdays in July and August.
The goal was to help women learn tech skills and join the Polkadot community.
25 women finished the bootcamp and learned to code and use Polkadot tools.
They learned about smart contracts, hackathons, and creating digital art.
Many shared their stories on social media to inspire others.
The bootcamp was led by Space4Build and supported by women's tech groups.
A second edition of the bootcamp is coming soon.
