This referendum formally closes the [Polkadot Fast Grants](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/treasury/bounties/63) and [Open Source Developer Grants](https://polkadot.subsquare.io/treasury/bounties/59) bounty programs following the completion of their defined scope and boundary conditions.

All outstanding obligations, pending evaluations, and eligible payouts have been resolved or terminated in accordance with the bounty rules and governance framework. Any remaining unallocated or unused funds are to be returned to the Polkadot Treasury.
