SHORT DESCRIPTION
"This proposal aims to transform the understanding and engagement of Latin America in the world of NFTs through the creation and free distribution of an educational book. The inclusive approach targets schools, universities, social organizations, and street artists, removing economic barriers to democratize knowledge about NFTs. The proposal inspires future creators, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and empowers street artists to explore opportunities in the digital space. Collaboration with social organizations extends the reach to marginalized communities, while measuring local impact and establishing sustainable educational partnerships. The proposal seeks to catalyze a cultural shift towards the adoption and understanding of NFTs in Latin America within the Polkadot ecosystem."
1. CONTEXT OF THE PROPOSAL
"In the fascinating universe of NFTs, information is the key that unlocks doors of opportunity and creativity. However, in the vast landscape of the Spanish language, the need for educational material on NFTs is more evident than ever. Faced with the growing digital revolution, there is a palpable urgency to provide accessible resources to individuals, schools, and universities taking their first steps on this exciting journey.
Imagine those who, for the first time, delve into the concept of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). How can they comprehend the possibilities offered by these unique digital pieces if information is scarce in their native language? This gap not only limits access to crucial knowledge but also hinders participation in a phenomenon that is redefining how we conceive art, property, and digital culture.
In the educational realm, schools and universities are nurseries of knowledge, but how can they cultivate a full understanding of NFTs when resources in Spanish are limited? The lack of educational material in this language creates a learning gap that affects the ability of teachers and students to explore and understand the revolutionary potential of NFTs.
The shortage of information in Spanish is not simply a linguistic barrier; it is a barrier to active participation in the global digital landscape. Those who wish to immerse themselves in the world of NFTs, whether as creators, collectors, or enthusiasts, deserve resources in their native language that enable them to understand, explore, and harness all the possibilities offered by this technology.
It is imperative, then, to fill this educational void. Creating Spanish-language material on NFTs is not just a response to current demand but an investment in building a more diverse, informed, and active community in the digital revolution. Providing these resources is not only an act of inclusion but also an open door to new perspectives, opportunities, and the democratization of knowledge in the vast and diverse Spanish-speaking world."
2. PROPOSAL
We all agree here that the Polkadot ecosystem is the best, and we also agree that we need users, more users.
Typically, efforts are focused on attracting developers from other ecosystems here, and that's fine, but I'm concerned about another group. All the people who are outside of web3.
My first focus will be Latin America. My work is based on providing knowledge to individuals to facilitate their onboarding to the web3 of the Polkadot ecosystem.
My first proposal, which I will detail below, was about DeFi courses and a DeFi book on Polkadot. It has worked very well.
Additionally, I have written about other topics such as DeFi on Astar Network and NFTs on Polkadot. Both books are already finalized.
This proposal is about funding to give away the NFT book on Polkadot, in schools, universities, and to artists in Latin America, starting in Chile.
I will visit schools and universities and give away printed books, digital books, and NFT-format books, and I will take the message of the Polkadot ecosystem to the streets, classrooms, and groups of people who are not familiar with Polkadot. Attached are links to the mentioned books.

7. ABOUT MY PREVIOUS PROPOSAL
The proposal consists of three stages.
The first stage has concluded. During the months of January, February, and March, the first free course on decentralized finance (DeFi) with a focus on the Polkadot ecosystem was conducted, covering key topics such as staking, liquid staking, swaps, AMM DEX, loans, yield aggregators, and reliable information sources.
80 people from 9 countries, including Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Spain,... enrolled, and finally, 15 out of 80 students passed the final exam.
It has been a success. The report is attached here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UAiLFKCFeMMDsY5upIkD0GkD7kn44Y3a/view?usp=sharing
