Hey @natalie ,

Thank you for your support! Collaborating with you on Polkadot's product positioning and educational efforts is always incredibly valuable to me.

I completely agree that a Head Ambassador (HA) for Polkadot should have the versatility to address various verticals, and I'm confident in my ability to do so. However, I believe that every HA application should also articulate a clear vision for Polkadot's future. My vision is to position Polkadot as a leader in the AI space.

From what I’ve observed, many other applications focus on achievements like hosting events or networking for Polkadot, which align more with the role of a Senior Ambassador.

Ultimately, if the community decides not to support my application, suggesting they may not see the value in aligning Polkadot with AI, it raises questions about whether our community fully grasps the broader web3 strategy and the product opportunities ahead.

Dear @saxemberg team,

I’m glad you’re on board with the AI/DePIN Polkadot initiative! It’s one of the most promising and impactful advancements in the web3 space right now.

Let me follow up on your open questions:

Q1) Can we get an approximate FTE that you are gonna use for the work as HA?
A1) I'm dedicated to prioritizing my committed goals, including my vision and mission. For details, please refer to the 'First 3 Months Actions Plan' slide. Additionally, 'How to Measure my Success as HA' will help keep me accountable to my action plan.

Q2) Is there a team behind you? if so who are they? Who will they be?
A2) Considering the structured levels within the ambassador program and the success metrics for my HA role I mentioned in my pitch, my focus will be on onboarding new ambassadors (at all levels: senior, ambassador, candidates) who are eager to drive the growth of Polkadot.
My goal is to establish Polkadot as a leading protocol in the AI/dAGI space, and I believe this can be achieved even more effectively with the backing of our community.

Q3) Will you gonna focus on a particular geographical location for your efforts as HA or will the efforts will be mostly remote?
A3) My previous efforts with Polkadot have consistently aimed at broadening its global presence. This is evident through my involvement in events and speaking engagements across various continents. Observing a gap in Polkadot’s brand recognition in the US, I plan to focus on strengthening our market presence here. Are there particular areas that you believe we should prioritize?

Q4)Are there already companies and / or projects willing to embark into this AI/DePin push?
A4) Yes indeed there are. And I am happy to publish an analysis and leads report once my application is selected. This will help us maximize our efforts in advancing these initiatives effectively.

Like Shawn, I am surprised to see the negative state of the vote on this proposal. Over the 5+ years I have known and worked with Zoe she's been an unstoppable force for good for Polkadot and brings a seemingly indefatigable energy to everything she does.

Zoe has quite literally been an ambassador for Polkadot in most of what she does, from her early Crowdcast interviews, to presence at tons of conferences, to speaking at those conferences. She is always professional and can speak about Polkadot in a way that connects with many different people.

She has also been engaged in Polkadot governance and actually knows how the system works in many capacities: Treasury proposals, bounty curation, and membership in the Phala on-chain council. The Ambassador Program will need people with her operational skills to actually make the collective function (how to set up the Treasury, award proposals, pay salaries, etc.).

Finally, I have always seen Zoe selflessly empower other people to do good for Polkadot. She is exactly the kind of person we want to lead this collective and ensure a large group of Ambassadors and Senior Ambassadors have the resources they need to be more effective than any one Head Ambassador (regardless of their "team") could be.

Hey @giottodf Giotto,

I'm glad to see that you're beginning to recognize the dedication I've put into Polkadot's growth over the past five years.

However, we both know that the bounty situation was blown out of proportion by your online comments against me, which has significantly affected the voting status of this HA application.

I've never had any intention of fighting against you, but I'm also not one to stay silent when faced with name-calling or negative comments about my contributions to Polkadot.

I respect your decision to stay abstain on this ref, however I would still be interested in hearing your thoughts on the vision and mission of my application.

Hey @giottodf let me clarify several things here for you and our community:

  1. As a big DOT holder, you should act as an example and certainly not using terms like 'dumb', 'clowns', or 'bad apple' to refer to community members.
  2. As an active participant in governance, I urge you to review the OpenGov handbook, on how to behave respectfully in our community (You also promote this handbook on your X profile).
  3. The reference to replace the curators of Events Bounty #17 was published after I had already decided to step down from my bounty curator position. I have never refused any community requests.
  4. The replacement reference did not affect or slow down technical bounty operations. I am unclear on what point you are trying to make here.
  5. Lastly, during our 1-on-1 meeting, you mentioned that your online presence is purposefully trolling to bring about change in our ecosystem. That said, I do not believe that any of your public comments are justified towards my actual work.
