Polkadot RPC services Dwellir Q2 2023

This is a follow-up proposal on what we submitted in mid-January earlier this year, to further fund the development of the RPC services and to cover the maintenance costs of them.

This new proposal includes one Milestone.

Milestone 1: Continue to run the Polkadot, Statemint and Westend RPC services on dedicated hardware, located at small independent co-location sites in Sweden and in Tunisia.

Report from Q1 2023

• Our Polkadot RPC node served on average 3,065,667 requests per day and in total 275,910,030 during the last quarter.
• Our Statemint RPC node served on average 158,022 requests per day and in total 14,221,980 during the last quarter.
• Our Westend RPC node served on average 69,447 requests per day and in total 6,250,230 during the last quarter.
