Open source alternative to centralized polkadot API gateways and node as a service

Kotal is an open source Blockchain node as a service and API gateway. Kotal is a powerful alternative to centralized API gateway like Infura in Ethereum ecosystem and OnFinality in Polkadot ecosystem.
