On behalf of Trustless Core DV and as a consequence of the impossibility to issue feedback from that account, the corresponding feedback is presented:

"Dear Proposer,
Thank you for the proposal.
Trustless Core has decided to vote AYE for the following reasons:

1. Rectifying a Missed Payout: The Talisman team has proven that the payout from Ref. 1390 was never claimed due to a lapse in timeline tracking. This proposal provides a proper mechanism to correct that oversight.

2. Demonstrable Progress and Commitment: Talisman has clearly outlined that they have already progressed with the mobile app’s development, including finalized wireframes and various completed technology components. Their commitment to delivering a quality product appears genuine and well underway.

3. Transparency and Consistency: They have submitted evidence that the preimage was pulled, confirming the original payout did not occur. Additionally, the same Talisman-controlled multisig address will be used for the funds, ensuring consistency and accountability in handling the treasury.

4. Strengthening the Ecosystem: By supporting Talisman in completing their mobile application, we contribute to a broader, more user-friendly Polkadot ecosystem. Enhanced user experiences encourage wider adoption and strengthen the network as a whole.

Based on these points, Trustless Core believes the proposal is both reasonable and in the best interest of the Polkadot community. We appreciate Talisman’s transparency and look forward to the continued innovation they bring to the ecosystem."

GM all,

A long-awaited update on the Talisman Wallet mobile app:

The app is now searchable on both the App Store and Google Play. We’ll make an official announcement once the security audit is complete (which is currently underway). If you’d like to try it beforehand, you can already download it from https://talisman.xyz/download. Note, please be careful of scam apps, and only download from the official links.

We know that the mobile release took longer than we originally expected. During development, we reached a point where it became clear that the app was not up to our standards. Rather than compromise, we decided to rebuild the entire app. That delayed the release, but we believe it was the right decision for a self-custody wallet.

The first public version has actually been live for the past couple of months, and we’ve been shipping regular updates and improvements since then.

Today’s app covers the core wallet experience, including:

- Biometric login
- Portfolio management for tokens and NFTs
- Activity history
- Ledger support
- WalletConnect
- Support for 1,000+ networks across Substrate, Ethereum, Solana, and more

Next up are features like Earn, staking operations, and cross-chain swaps, alongside continued improvements to performance, UI, and reliability.

Thanks to everyone who has been patient with us. We appreciate the support, and we’re looking forward to getting the official launch over the line.

**TL;DR**

The payout for [Ref. 1390](https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/1390) (Talisman Mobile App Proposal) expired before we could claim. This ref intends to rectify the payout that was originally approved under Ref. 1390.

The preimage was pulled as an additional measure to prove that the payout was not disbursed.

**Q: Why was the payout not claimed?**

A: Due to an oversight on our part, we failed to track the timeline properly and missed the deadline to claim the payout.

**Q: What is the purpose of this proposal?**

A: Since the claim on our previously approved proposal has expired, we are currently unable to claim the originally approved funds. We are submitting this proposal to rectify this so that we may continue to deliver on the original proposal.

**Q: Are you still planning to fulfill the proposal?**

A: Absolutely, and we have already started. We are already several weeks into the design with the first set of wireframes ready to start user testing, and have completed a number of key technology components in preparation for the mobile app. We, as well as our community are excited to bring the Talisman mobile experience to life.

**Q: Proof the preimage was pulled?**

A: You can verify it [here](https://polkadot.subscan.io/tx/0x511a05e33d83e426cf4817dbe09b44762631c9fed9607ed59bd4725b5e7d72d3) - pulled after confirmation and expiry of the claim period.

**Q: Can you verify the payment address?**

A: Yes, the payment address is a Talisman-controlled multisig, identical to the one used in the original proposal.

**Your vote will accelerate the rectification of this payout previously approved. Thank you for the support!** 🙏❤️

The Talisman Mobile App Proposal is a new request to claim funds for a project that was previously approved under Referendum 1390 but missed the deadline to claim the payout. The team behind the proposal has already started working on the project and is excited to bring the Talisman mobile experience to life. They have provided proof that the preimage was pulled and confirmed the payment address is a Talisman-controlled multisig, the same as in the original proposal. Voting for this proposal will help rectify the payout issue and allow the team to continue their work.
