How does the indexer plan to interact with JAM? I am not sure if it is useful to build more indexers for the current architecture, when it is about to change.
Statescan is open source and seems to work fine.

The project clearly addresses a currently lacking functionality in the ecosystem and presents a very detailed proposal, including the use of funds and content.
Aye from Mimir.

Voted AYE.
Helikon Labs has proven in the past to be a highly competent and accountable polkadot builder. Submerge is a great tool which, as stated, emerges/evolves through previous tools from Helikon Labs. Would love to see this referenda approved and to allow Helikon Labs to continue their work :)

Please find some clarification regarding the common concern about the KYT/AML tooling aspect of Submerge at the link below:

I support this proposal by Kukabi and Helikon Labs. I am delighted that major players in the ecosystem are involved in the construction and are increasingly looking to improve Polkadot. This tool will be useful and will make things much easier for all sectors that want to expand the ecosystem.

You have my support, and congratulations on the proposal!

We love followthedot.live and the non-cookie-cutter approach to your visualization tools -- its very clear you have a very creative mindset. But a serious entry into this space requires a lot more funding and a team of people diving into the ins and outs of a variety of subproblems of indexing, which we know a lot. You're not asking for enough to compete with subscan and need a few more people on your team to even try to execute.

Because JAM is the future of Polkadot, the tools you build should be focussed on the future, not the past. For this level of funding, given your innovation and creativity, you should build a JAM-centric block explorer centered on JAM Services. We believe your creativity and engineering talent is best focussed on this "4th gen" blockchain protocol where subscan/etherscan will not be suitable. Given your active fan base and the relatively weak support of even subscan (!), its clear your array of projects is perfect for Optimistic Project Funding and you as an ecosystem agent are perfect for Ecosystem Agent Funding.

Good luck!
