A problem occurred with a proposal called Ref. 1303, where a Relay Chain Proxy was set to receive AssetHub assets, making them inaccessible. To fix this, a new proposal is needed. Waiting for Pure Proxy Replication to solve this issue is not ideal, as it will take many months. Submitting a Root Ref to replicate the proxy was also considered, but it would take too long and tie up resources. Voting on this new proposal will help fix the payout issue approved in Ref. 1303.
