Tip for exposing Michiko Watanabe

a few people have reached out to me stating that I should put in a tip for this, so here we go.

This tip covers:

1. Initially identifying the problem.

2. Time spent speaking to various people in the ecosystem to ensure that they have never dealt with Michiko.

3. Potential reputational damage if I was wrong (spoiler: I wasn't)

If I did not carry out these tasks then the Polkadot Treasury would be paying a scammer $10,000 per month.
