Polkadot needs dozens of communities like the Mexican collective all over the world.
12k$ for about 3 months of activity is a relatively fair precedent in my opinion.
Also typically the kind of initiative that the Phragmen funding system should support when it goes live.
I don’t see anything in your proposal that justifies funding from the Polkadot treasury. Thousands of dedicated activists worldwide are already contributing their time and resources to support the ecosystem without requesting retroactive funding.
