PolkaWorld’s initial vote was AYE.

Two-thirds of the votes were in favor, and one-third were against.

Reasons for support:

  1. Bounty payouts are becoming a trend, and currently there’s no tool that allows users to apply for and track bounties—both Polkassembly and Subsquare do not support this. This tool fills an important gap.
  2. The budget is relatively transparent and reasonably priced.
  3. While we voted in favor of this proposal, we hope a clear timeline for milestones can be specified.

Reasons for opposition:

  1. The product is not an essential need, and the funding structure is not ideal. We suggest holding off on support for now.

Dear Proposer,

Thank you for your proposal. Our first vote on this proposal is ABSTAIN.

The Medium Spender track requires 50% quorum and simple majority of non-abstain voters according to our voting policy v0.2, and any referendum in which the majority of members vote abstain receives an abstain vote. This proposal has received one aye and one nay votes from ten available members, with six members abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

The voters generally expressed mixed feelings about the proposed features for bounty management. Many abstained, citing a need for feedback from current bounties and concerns regarding the tool's user experience and integration with existing systems. Some participants questioned the necessity of the features and the asking price, while others highlighted potential conflicts of interest. A few voters found the tools helpful and reasonably priced, but overall, there was a consensus that improvements were needed before full support could be given.

Truth DAO voted AYE.

Bounty payments are becoming a trend, and there is currently no tool that allows users to apply for and track bounties—neither Polkassembly nor Subsquare supports this functionality. This tool fills an important gap. Providing it with a visual UI, multisig tools, notifications, and more will help bounties run more efficiently.

Reasonable costs: The budget details are transparent, and the distribution of working hours aligns with the complexity of the development.

Long-term value: This lays the groundwork for scaling the bounty system, and the future roadmap could enhance treasury fund efficiency.
