Saxemberg has voted AYE on the Polkadot referendum 1732. Referendum Update for Polkadot and Kusama Bridge Bounties - New curation team. The expansion to the most used bridges (Snowbridge and Hyperbridge) is what makes sense to this bounty that has suffered from inactivity.
This referendum is eligible for vote overrule:

Dear Proposer,

Thank you for your proposal. Our first vote on this proposal is AYE.

The Big Spender track requires 60% quorum according to our voting policy v0.2, and any referendum in which the majority of members vote abstain receives an abstain vote. This proposal has received five aye and zero nay votes from eight available members. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

Voters expressed clear support for the updated bridge bounty management and its revamped curator team. They highlighted the strength of the new board, which incorporated expertise from teams spanning Parity, Hyperbridge, Snowbridge, and Hydration. Verification of the multisig was confirmed, and members appreciated the operational simplification that came with replacing the former nested structure. They noted that the new approach would better address the limited prior activity while ensuring renewed focus on security through expanded partnerships. Collectively, the voters felt that the changes revitalized the bounty program, positioned it to attract increased researcher engagement, and ultimately improved overall governance of the initiative.

The full discussion can be found in our internal voting.

TruthDAO Vote: AYE

Bridge security is a critical priority for the Polkadot ecosystem. This referendum does not request new funds but instead updates the curator team and expands the bounty’s scope to Snowbridge and Hyperbridge, reflecting current traffic and ecosystem needs.

The new structure streamlines operations, aligns more closely with active bridge projects, and builds on the existing Hacken partnership, which has already attracted significant researcher engagement.

We support this update as a necessary step to strengthen bridge security.

My first vote is AYE. Bridge security is always important for Polkadot, and this referendum makes a sensible adjustment imo. It strengthens the curator team and shifts focus toward the bridges seeing the most use today. With a clear purpose and an engaged researcher base through Hacken, this feels like a positive step forward and an easy aye from me.

Le Nexus voted AYE!

Bridge security is collective work. This update brings the right people around the table and focuses on the bridges that really matter today.
