Context of the proposal

Nova Spektr is an all-in-one Polkadot desktop application focused on enterprise adoption that provides a one-stop-shop for stakeholders with advanced needs, enterprises and DAOs, and individual users in the entire ecosystem.

Nova Spektr provides the following enterprise-focused feature set:

Support for 75+ Polkadot ecosystem networks
User-friendly Multisigs for 60+ networks & all their assets
Multishard staking for Relay chains and solo-chains
Hardware wallet support for Polkadot Vault
Secure key management for Polkadot Vault with dynamic derivations
Wallet connect support for pairing accounts and signing operations
