This replacement referendum aims to execute the funding that was passed in Ref 514 and return any donations generously provided by the Polkadot Holding community to sustain completed and ongoing expenses to Treasury Partners Conor Daly & Athelo Group.
This is following a failed payout of Ref 514 https://polkadot.subsquare.io/referenda/514 from the treasury at the conclusion of the last spend period.

we voted AYE on the ref. 514, but let me just ask, why has the amount of DOT remained the same (290k DOT), while the 30-day average price has been raised since then? Thanks
