Context of the bounty
This Bounty aims to promote the creation of Spanish-speaking content and events, thus seeking to boost Polkadot's ecosystem in Latin America and Spain in a professional, equitable and orderly manner.
Candidates
The curators are responsible for applying the different metrics that have been proposed in the 4 different tracks that are regulated by the bounty. For this purpose, we suggest experienced curators with a good knowledge of the Spanish-speaking ecosystem of Polkadot.

Ambassador for Latin America. Lengo is an active ambassador and developer within the ecosystem, dedicated to spreading knowledge about Polkadot technology.
He is the founder of communities where he contributes to technical education among developers and peers. Lengo has previously contributed as a moderator for this Bounty. He has also been involved with the Polkadot Hub, beginning with organizing the Polkadot Hackathon Latam 2022, coordinating events during the Polkadot Blockchain Academy in Buenos Aires, and organizing the Buenos Aires View Party 2023 as part of the recent Polkadot Decoded.
Together with the curators, we also present an auxiliary for the work in the bounty. This auxiliar will be Amaury (Amaurylr).
He is an active ambassador for Polkadot and Kusama Ambassador since July 10, 2023.

Responsibilities
The general rewards curators will provide information on each child rewarded in Polkassembly with the corresponding links.
They will also inform the community and create a report every 3 months. This report will include the maximum DOT budget spent during the last 3 months. It will be posted on Polkassembly. A weekly newsletter will be created with all the content created through this bounty.
Among the added tasks is working towards the long-term vision of the bounty explained above and which includes metrics tracking and content support.
The auxiliary assistant will support with the following tasks:
Administration and moderation of the Bounty Discord where the community interacts to present their proposals and get feedback from the curators.
Manager of the Bounty's social media accounts to inform the public and the ecosystem of the content generated through Bounty payments, as well as to publicize the various functions maintained by the Bounty itself.
Administrative support to maintain transparent information of all Bounty payments via Subsquare.
Rewards
We proposed a fix rate of 1400 USD as a monthly payment for each curator. For the auxiliar assistant we proposed a fix rate of 500 USD as a monthly payment. These fees are included in the amount approved in the reward proposal.
Reporting
The reporting requirements are an essential part of the bounty program to keep the community informed and verify the progress of the initiative. As was done in the V1 edition of the bounty, the curators will submit their reports at https://spanishbounty.com/, in order to have as much transparency as possible and to present all the data clearly to the community.
