Our previous Polkadot bootcamp, along with other Polkadot dev education programs show that:

-   Although learning Rust and Substrate development was a good first step, developers don’t know a clear career roadmap to stay in the Polkadot ecosystem and switch from their web2 careers to web3. When they see no clear steps, it’s hard for them to get involved with the ecosystem and become a long-term part of it. Some of them became Polkadot Heroes; but still, they are disconnected and need career mentorship and steps.
-   Turkey and India have some of the largest and most active web3 communities in the world, too big to ignore by lack of intentional marketing and education activity and presence.
-   Local language support and physical activities are critical to keep developers engaged in countries like Turkey and India. Physical events and talking with people IRL at universities, hackathons, etc. provide confidence to developers about the ecosystem.
-   Awareness of Polkadot is lower than other protocols as the activity on Polkadot also shows.

Whereas the system needs new innovative builders prepared to test and employ new concepts.

-   Ensure agility and reduce non-dev activities (such as documentation, presentations, public discussions, podcasts, etc.).

Meanwhile, development direction, track navigation, and funds allocation are managed by tech-savvy experts. In addition, the community can safely support promising teams with minimal risks of overfunding, attracting milkers and scammers, and not behaving aggressively toward new builders and teams.

**Targeted Outcomes for the EasyBuild Bounty:** The program is cohort-based and consists of six-month modules that have a “building lag”.

**Scheme of the test cohort:** In our opinion, it's best to conduct a test of this concept by initiating a 3-month intake. This is the minimum intake required to obtain a successful output funnel. After this, we can fully deploy the program.

FAQ**

1.  **Are these educational courses?** No, the primary goal of the Easybuild program is to attract new teams with the capability of "creating ready-to-use" products. It is not an educational initiative and does not offer classes, lectures, or seminars. Instead, it provides participants at all stages with the necessary network within the ecosystem. Teams are expected to manage their own learning and development process.
2.  **Is this an incubator? Is this an accelerator?** While a classic incubator targets teams without a formed idea, Easybuild requires entrants to have a functioning MVP ready for further development. This program aligns more closely with an accelerator in structure; however, unlike traditional accelerators, it doesn’t include an educational component. We believe that true builders are capable of self-directed learning.  
      
    
3.  **Is this a launchpad?** The Easybuild program is not a launchpad; it doesn’t involve the distribution of tokens. Instead, it focuses on supporting the development of projects and integration into the ecosystem and DOT utilization.  
      
    
4.  **What if the team decides to discontinue their journey through the stages?** Teams can always stop their staging at any time. They are not penalized or fined for doing so. On the contrary, they gain traction within the eco and can take on a more relevant (as they see it) idea and implement it. In this sense, the bounty serves as a form of public verification that is necessary for further actions within the system.  
      
    
5.  **What is a "unique solution"?** An application/end-user tooling, which at the time of the proposal does not have direct analogs in the system. During the program, its use case must be built around the DOT token (in the mainnet or a derivative asset within other parachains/cores). It's important that the team should not already exist within the ecosystem. For example, another indexer would not fit the program, but an application for quick creation of tokens on AssetHub and airdrops based on specific transactions (with payment in DOT) would.
