We are responsible for the proposal about Parallel Finance's governance takeover. We think we will fail, but we want to return control to the right people, not the Parallel Finance team. They did bad things and tried to hide their actions. We have evidence of their wrong actions.

We think Parallel Finance took more than 2 million DOT and other currencies, which is worth a lot of money. We hope that other groups will help keep the system working and safe.

We will wait for the Polkadot community to decide what to do.

JAMTON is a cross-chain layer designed to connect the TON ecosystem, with its 950 million Telegram users, to the Polkadot ecosystem. As a Polkadot parachain, JAMTON will facilitate seamless cross-chain communication, liquidity flow, and user interaction between the two ecosystems. The project aims to enable Polkadot-based projects to tap into the vast Telegram user base and liquidity.

Key points about JAMTON:
1. They launched the JAMTON parachain and plan a major testnet update in January.
2. JAMTON recently won the Hackers League Hackathon, securing 3rd place in the Interoperability category.
3. They have been working on several critical modules, including a Liquid Staking Protocol, Chain Abstraction Mechanism, and JAMTON dApp Development.

PROPOSAL EDUCATING IN LATIN AMERICA WITH THE POLKADOT ECOSYSTEM PART 2

Merkle Mountain Belts (MMBs) is a new data structure that improves on Merkle Mountain Ranges (MMRs), which are used in BEEFY. MMBs can save costs for users of bridges like Snowbridge and Hyperbridge, and have other uses in the Polkadot/JAM ecosystem. The project will be completed by December 2025 and will cost 506,110 USDC. The team behind MMBs has experience in Polkadot and includes a Ph.D. in mathematics and early developers of the Polkadot-Ethereum bridge. MMBs work well for recent data queries and can reduce fees in cross-chain bridges. Treasury Proposal: Merkle Mountain Belts (MMBs)

Asset Decentralized Identifier Communication (AssetDIDcomm) is a project that aims to create a secure, encrypted, and decentralized data storage and messaging system for digital assets. It uses DID verifiable credentials to allow digital asset owners to store and retrieve encrypted data and messages throughout the asset's lifetime. The system will use the Kilt Protocol and Crust for digital identity and decentralized storage, respectively.

Xcavate, a foundational protocol built on Polkadot, focuses on tokenizing real estate assets for community investment and decentralized governance. They plan to launch their blockchain through Agile Core Time on Polkadot and have been accepted into the UK's FCA sandbox for regulatory compliance.

Traditionally, tokenizing real-world assets like real estate involves many third parties and can lead to issues such as data breaches, data manipulation, and lack of accountability. AssetDIDcomm aims to solve these problems by providing a decentralized and secure method for data storage and communication related to digital assets.

The project has gathered support and use cases from various members of the Polkadot ecosystem, including Archisinal, Aventus, and Mandala Chain. They believe that AssetDIDcomm can improve data security, transparency, and efficiency in various industries, including planning, construction, and government projects.

The main problems AssetDIDcomm aims to address are centralized storage, security and access, and data manipulation. By providing a decentralized solution, the project hopes to increase investor confidence, improve accountability, and reduce costs associated with data breaches and forensic investigations.

Creation of an AssetDIDcomm System with AssetDID Credential Verification

EasyA is excited to announce the next phase of their collaboration with Polkadot, called #360DaysOfPolkadot. After a successful 2024, they plan to upgrade the in-app EasyA Polkadot course to Polkadot 2.0 and host two hackathons at Harvard University and in London. The timeline for this project is from November 2024 to April 2025, with a requested allocation of USD $392,500. The target metrics include 120,000 developers starting the crash course, 100,000 completing it, 600 in-person hackathon attendees, 100 hackathon projects, and over 10 million social media impressions. The proposal is available for review, and feedback from the community has been incorporated into the final proposal.

Milestone 1: EasyA x Polkadot: In-person hackathons and in-app Polkadot 2.0 crash course (#360DaysOfPolkadot)

Thank you for your support in Phase 1 and Phase 2. We have completed the work for Phase 2 and are excited to share our progress. We are the first team to submit a PR for review for JAM Milestone 1 with our JAM client Strawberry. For Phase 3, we are incorporating feedback from Phase 2 and requesting USDT instead of DOT due to market conditions and community optimism for DOT's future price.

In Phase 2, we explored integrating JAM data availability with Polkadot Storage to serve as the underlying storage layer for resupply of unrequested data to validators on request. We are considering using Polkadot Storage as the archival layer for all DA networks like Celestia, EigenDA, Avail, and more. As contributors to Celestia, we are familiar with the codebase and are exploring adding support for historical snapshots, import, export, and archive into Polkadot Storage.

Polkadot Storage: Phase 3/3

We had a successful 2024 program and now we are moving to the next step, called Tranche 2. This will help people who learned in our classes and bootcamp to join a big event called the Polkadot Hackathon. There, they can use their new skills to work on cool projects and help make the Polkadot system better.

So far, we had over 350 people join our classes and bootcamp, and they learned a lot. We want to keep this going by having them join the Hackathon.

For Tranche 2, we need some money to help make the Hackathon happen. We are asking for $385,000, which will be given to us in three parts. We already got the first part in July, and we are waiting for the second part in November, and the last part in early 2025.
